Source: Where you found the term/concept in your textbook or lecture slides. List the page number in the textbook or the Lecture #.
Definition: Provide the definition. Provide the definition in your own words. DO NOT SIMPLY COPY THE DEFINITION.
Application: Explain how the term/concept makes sense of something that happened in the past OR how the term/concept could help guide you in a real life situation in the future. Make sure the application is as specific and concise as possible. For example, if you describe an instance of classical conditioning in your life, you would need to identify the US, CS, UR, CR. Make sure you include enough information so that I can see that you clearly understand how the concept applies.
