Exam Directions (50 pts. total): Select one (1) of the following sets of questions and write a brief essay on each in paragraph form answering each question selected using formal essay style, a thesis, complete sentences, and correct spelling, grammar, and sentence structure. Each essay must be between 2-3 pages, double-spaced, one-inch margin all around. Neither listings nor “blocks of information” are considered proper paragraph formation. Do not use vague generalizations; be specific in your answers. Students must identify the question being answered with its requisite number from the exam sheet. No credit will be given to responses to questions that do not appear on this exam. Your essay responses to both questions must be submitted as one Microsoft Word file to the exam’s Turnitin box.
