Hello Takera, you have a great framework for your Chapters 1 & 2, and it is clear that you have been working diligently on adding content and aligning with the dissertation guidelines.
However, there are significant sections of Chapter 1 that are missing (see above). Additionally, as Dr. Burrell mentioned in November and I noted this past weekend, you need references for all your “factual” statements, and you cannot include you opinions – by giving your opinion, you are biasing your research. As an example, if you say, “the U.S. military should pay more attention..” That is an opinion, unless it is supported by facts that are referenced.
Finally, please stay away from inexact wording such as “colossal” as they do not represent facts or figures.
I agree with Dr. Burrell’s comments regarding Chapter 2 in that the literature review needs to be based in the literature as opposed to opinions, observations and feelings.
Takera, because there are significant sections missing from Chapter 1 and because Chapter 2 needs to be revised, Dr. Burrell and I agree that your work is not ready for TK20 upload in this course.
