– We’ll advertise the samsung itself as well as the idea of cell phone plans that allow international calls to be made. This allows consumers to communicate with family in other countries that they wish to do so. Hispanics tend to have more of a tighter family connection, so Samsung is able to adhere to hispanic families trying to do so.
