Final Project Paper
The Final Project is divided into three sections: Section I: An Ethically Transformed Organization, Section II: An Organization with an Ethical Danger Sign, and Section III: An International Organization.

Section I: An Ethically Transformed Organization
Locate an organization that you would identify as an ethically transformed organization. Analyze the characteristics that would classify this organization as an ethically transformed organization.
Examine the organization through the lenses of Kidder’s nine checkpoints. Determine from the examination whether or not the organization is prepared to make ethical decisions. Provide justification for your assessment.
Section II: An Organization with an Ethical Danger Sign
Locate a different organization that has exhibited an ethical danger sign. Provide a rationale for identifying the danger sign and write a plan for this organization on how it could insure the danger sign is addressed.
Using this same organization, write about a leadership theory that can best address the ethical challenges facing the organization.
Section III: An International Organization
Locate a third organization that does business globally. Analyze the ethical issues the organization faces in the global marketplace and discuss whether or not the organization addresses the ethical issues appropriately.
Each student must complete a Final Project. You may use material from any source while developing the Final Project, but every word (unless expressly quoted with appropriate credits given) must be your own work. Present the information covered in this project in one comprehensive paper (7-9 pages), using APA format, and containing a minimum of six scholarly references. The use of the Bible, the textbook, dictionaries, and personal communication citations do not count towards the six required references.
