This paper is about the company I am currently working for. The analysis has been done based on course’s analysis tool (please see the word documents files). Below is the instruction on the paper. Please start by read the course’s articles (all the pdf files) then looking over the word documents for better understanding about my company as well as its strategy and market positions.

Your major deliverable for the course is a 6-8-page analysis of your company using some combination of materials, tools, and frameworks from the course as the basis for your analysis (Good To Great principles, Shadow Pyramid, Lifecycle–Culture Matrix, DNA Assessment, concepts from articles, etc.). Do not try to use every idea we discuss in class but rather focus on the concepts that give you the most insight into Your Organization. An analysis of Your Organization without references to course materials is not acceptable.
You should include a brief description of the organization, its business model, market position, etc. You also should Critically Reflect on the organization:
What?–what are the facts of the situation?
So what?—what are the implications of those facts and what is your diagnosis for the organization? What do the patterns of your analysis suggest? What impresses you; concerns you? How well positioned is the organization as it moves into the future?
Now what?—what recommendations do you have to enhance the performance of the organization? Your advice and suggestions on how to better position the organization for the future?
What so?—what did you learn from this analysis that will help you develop as a strategic leader?
Include references where appropriate—personal experience counts.
Appendices are acceptable
Your Application Assessment assignments should serve you well as input and analysis for your paper. Use them to help you determine which aspects of the course analysis helped you to better understand Your Organization and how well positioned it is for future success. What is working? What concerns you? What are some critical issues to address? How might you address them?
If you are not yet in a senior leadership role, remember that it is relatively easy to talk about what “they” (referring to senior leaders) should do to enhance and improve the performance of Your Organization. Keep in mind that the moment you assume a leadership role at any level, you are accepting responsibility to enhance and improve your organizational unit and the environment for your team. So, don’t just write about what “they” should do, but what will you do within your sphere of influence to make a positive difference as a strategic leader.
