Your company, City Bus Corporation provides school bus transportation to public schools throughout Lancaster County. The company owns 50 buses that are garaged in three (3) different cities within the county. Your firm faces competition from two other, larger bus companies in the area. Each year school districts within the county award service contracts based on low bid, level of service and overall performance.
As the newly hired Risk Officer for this company, you have been asked prepare a document for the company’s Board of Directors that outlines your risk management plan.
Your proposal should include at least the following:
A description of the steps you will take in the risk management process
Identification and description of the major risks (loss exposures) faced by the company, include an analysis of the level and impact of each risk.
Identification of recommendations of how best to treat each risk including: method, who is responsible for implementation and how will you measure success
