Front Office Project:
It is an Individual project about a HOTEL you choose.
Five pages long. Typed, double space and in an essay form.
Is due on the 3rd week of November 2020.
Individuals will be responsible for the project and to submit on TIME.
History or background of the establishment and the organizational chart.
Is it Franchised, company owned or individual owner.
How do you attract your customers to the hotel. Is it the rate, amenities…..
Information on guest amenities(provided to guests), and food establishment(availability of restaurants and bars).
Information on sports facilities.(pool, Exercise facilities..)
What are the procedures use for any emergencies at the establishment.(fire, Bomb threats, Hurricanes….)
Get information on security issues and guest safety.(Room keys, security latches, lost and found, safe deposit box).
Information on new and existing employees training.
ADR, OCCUPANCY %, REV PAR and any special rates.(are they busy on the weekend or on the week days)
