There are two cross cultural encounters I need. Its a reflection. I will attach the template that shows u what each summary of encounter should have.. Each reflection should be one page and should somehow link to cultural competency as this class is about cultural competency. In each reflective writing of encounter, following questions should be answered in no more than one page.
In no more than one page, describe and reflect on your experience:
• What was the encounter?
• When did the encounter occur?
• Where did the encounter occur?
• Who was involved in the encounter?
• How did your encounter relate to concepts/terms discussed in class?
• What was your take-away from this encounter?
Scenario: Follow the above same framework for the write up but from having a cross-cultural encounter via a video or book. Make sure you explain why this was a cross-cultural encounter.
You will not receive extra credit if I am not convinced that you had a change in perspective or that the video/book/etc was a cross-cultural encounter. Poorly written reflections will not receive extra credit.
