2019 Budgeting assignment
For the budgeting assignment, please review the excel spreadsheet in files. This is a budget for a mental health crisis program which provides 24/7 crisis hotline and crisis intervention services. The crisis line has a minimum staffing level of 5 workers on each shift. There are a total of 28 employees. Most are crisis workers-(24 full time workers) One program director, who works days, an assistant program director who also works days, and 2 administrative support staff. The agency general revenue has remained constant but during the next 12 months, because of sequestration, the crisis program will see a 7 percent reduction in its DHHS adult contract which will also cause a 2% decrease in its outpatient revenue. Your assignment is to create a balanced budget based on the criteria below.
