Description: The paper is a way for you to pick a topic within construction law and contracting and examine that topic in more detail. Once you have selected your topic, you will write a 2-3-page paper over that topic and why you believe it is an important topic. Grammar and format will be important, but the main point of the paper is for you to really think about your topic and tie it back to something we’ve learned this semester.
Make sure you email your topic choice to Professor Sublett prior to starting, your topic needs to be approved.
Grading:
Content – 70 pts Grammar/Spelling – 20 pts Follow format – 10 pts Total 100 pts
Format: Please submit your report in a word document, no larger than 12-point font. Use times new roman font. Use double spaced for your paper and include a reference page (this does not count as one of the 2-3 pages))
