The federal government has the authority to transfer responsibility to states for the administration and implementation of the programs and services prescribed by national policies.
In America, states also have the ability to propose and pass legislature to address social issues and social problems. For this assignment you will review the 2018 Report on State Laws for Immigration and answer the following questions from the perspective of a Social Work social justice advocate for immigration.
