There needs to be at least 8 data points using an instrument like the GAD-7 each week to test anxiety and then using the score off of that to get the 8 data points. For example: 8 visits over 8 weeks (one time a week) and using the GAD-7 each week to test where the anxiety is. Or a depression scale for depression etc. Please message me to let me know that you know how to do this.
