Discuss the struggles of women and POC in that nursing and how their status affects their salaries, compensation and quality of life compared to their male-hetero counter-parts, with similar credentials and experience, in their field. – I am arguing that IN NURSING these struggles are nonexistent!
3. Explore the ratio of women and POC and gender queer people to hetero males in entry-level positions, and in executive or high-status positions and how inequities and gender gaps might affect women and POC in that field. How is what you have learned about this field and the attitudes towards these groups reflect what you have learned from the authors in this chapter?
