175 words and asap. It is on prewriting exposition- rhetorical context plan and outline. three parts.

Part 1: Rhetorical Context Plan. For Writing Project 2 (either the comparison/contrast OR the causes/effects essay), write a plan, 175-word minimum, describing the rhetorical context for this essay. As you consider writing your WP2, you are joining a larger conversation on the topic. Academic writing is formal and professional, so you must consider the ongoing rhetoric. Once you have done enough prewriting to decide on a topic and attitude, plan and outline your writing. In one or two paragraphs, explain the context of these five areas and how they impact your comparison contrast or cause or effect essay. Respond to each of the following five elements: writer, topic, audience, purpose, and occasion. To understand the rhetorical context, please review the Writing Tutorial (PPT) and the Rhetorical Situation.
Writer: Who are you?
Topic: Select a narrowed topic for a 750-word essay.
Audience: Your peers and the instructor, of course, but depending on your topic, select the audience appropriate for the topic; for example, parents are the audience for the plan below.
Purpose: Your purpose is to explain–choose either comparison/contrast or cause/effect writing mode.
Occasion: What motivates you to write about this topic?
Be sure to tell us whether you have chosen to write a comparison contrast essay or an essay that focuses on causes or effects and why.
Part 2: Outline. The first paragraph is the introduction and the last paragraph is the conclusion. Copy and paste your outline in this discussion or type it in the Reply box. The outline for the essay might look like:
1. Introduction (HBT) At least tell us your topic and attitude
2. body paragraph 1 at least tell us one support or reason for your attitude
3. body paragraph 2 at least tell us one support or reason for your attitude
4. body paragraph 3 at least tell us one support or reason for your attitude
5. body paragraph 4 at least tell us one support or reason for your attitude
6. conclusion (paraphrased TBH)
Part 3: Reply to two peers. After you upload your outline, come back to the discussion to read over two peers’ outlines and give them constructive, thoughtful feedback on their outlines. Specifically offer additional ideas that you think could be considered or included in their writing. The idea here is to give each other several ideas to write about. No one is dictating what you write about; you are still responsible for your own writing. We are just offering additional thoughts.

Leave the Kids Alone: Product Placement in Children’s Programming
Writer: I’m working towards a degree in Marketing so I have an interest in this topic. I also have two young children who watch TV and view magazines intended for kids. I feel it’s important to teach children about how TV and commercials try to sell them products.
Topic: Product placement has always been a part of TV entertainment. Even the earliest movies and shows had some form of product placement. As adults, we should be able to recognize product placement for what it is but the subtle messages can have a different effect on children. This type of advertising can make children feel they need a certain product to fit in, be popular and essentially can affect their self-esteem. Advertisers have found new ways to incorporate advertising into shows and are creating shows entirely around a product. Although the Federal Communications Commission has sought to protect children, there must be an increase in protection for advertising in children’s programming.
Audience: The audience for this paper will be the parents and caregivers of children who watch TV programming and view periodicals focused towards children. This is also of importance to adults because if we don’t limit the exposure of product placement and if children are not educated about how it works and its purpose, the children will grow in to adults who don’t understand how they are being influenced.
Purpose: The purpose of this paper is to persuade the reader on the importance of ensuring that children have quality programming options free from commercial influence. This paper will also persuade the readers to educate children on how advertisers try to trick them in to purchasing their product. Providing examples of product placement including images from TV advertising and print media will help to show the extent of product placement especially focused on children.
Occasion: My motivation to write about this topic is to inform my audience, especially parents, how their children are influenced by the commercials that try to sell their children products.
